Why can't I add a new user on the DHI Entitlement Portal?

It is most likely that you don't have the right user' role for such a privilege. A role defines the set of privileges assigned to a user. Users are assigned a role when they are invited to DHI Entitlement Portal.
There are two types of user roles available, e.g Administrator and User, and only administrator can add new users. If you have been granted the admin role, remember to sign out and sign in to reflect the correct type of role.
Note: Once a user joins the DHI entitlement portal the role can be changed by admin. Each company shall by minimal/default has one admin.
